Following up from last night’s post… I said that $75 USD was the approximate cost of my most expensive purchase. Now if I count all the anime and manga merchandise that I’ve personally bought, I think it would come to a total of only $337 USD. This includes manga, doujin, and figures. I didn’t spend money on my Saber Nendoroid, my posters, my wallscroll, and two volumes of manga, so this is all I’ve spent.
When I looked at double’s and wildarmheero’s rooms, I knew they must have spent hundreds if not thousands on what they have, and the pictures made me quite jealous of them; I would love to own what they possess.
As you may expect, this is a post to ask about how much you’ve spent on all of your anime, manga, and related merchandise. It’ll be interesting to know which of you actually are dedicated to anime and manga in real life other than simply watching or reading… maybe it can also be a reality check; do you think you spend too much on anime and manga?

I don’t really keep track of how much I have spent. If I did, I would feel the guilty of having spent so much.

I spend around $2000 or more a year. Last year within 3 days, I spent around $2100 on anime goods at a convention. Most of which were impluse buys…
I spend <100 USD a year.
335? that was my total after about 2 years when I was 12-14 and only got money about once a month whenever my grandma happened to visit XD
